Tripostal is full of this charm of old industrial warehouses.
Formerly used as a mail sorting office, it was converted for Lille 2004 European Capital for Culture: today, it is an iconic place to show modern creation. Its location, right between the railway stations Lille Flandres and Lille Europe, is ideal. It is not really an arts centre or a museum, but a place where arts and life-style meet. With its three floors, 2000m2 each, it offers incomparable freedom of scenography. This asset has enabled it to change its image over the years, as many different events have been organised there.

This building is also dedicated to performances, fashion, installations, parties and catering, and has a kids’ zone. Offering a convivial atmosphere and a demanding programmation, Tripostal has become a cultural and artistic landmark.
